Return Policy
All returns are to be filed and sent within a 30-day period starting from the moment an order is placed. We provide as much information as we can to ensure you buy the correct product, so we go by the standard that the buyer ALWAYS pays for the return-costs. However, there are exceptions to this rule.
In the case the product is not what the description said it would be or it is visibily damaged in other ways than is described we offer multiple solutions.
- We pay for the return-costs if we come to the conclusion it is suited to do so.
- We provide a (partial) refund for the product. The height of the refund is determined by the severity of the problem. We will come with a solution and if the solution doesn't suit you there is always the option to resort to option 1.
