We try to always ensure a shipment within 24 hours on all working days. In case we can not hold up to this promise we will try to inform you timely. There will be no compensation available. 

As we strive for sustainability all of our orders are shipped to package points as this reduces the cabron footprint by a significant percentage. This also ensures we can provide the lowest prices possible. In case you would like it delivered to your house anyway we also provide this option at an added cost. 

In case an order gets lost we would urge you to contact the shipping company first. If it doesn't get solved we will get to a solution and a full refund will be made.
