Please note that the items in the pictures are a representation and not a guarantee for what you get. Brands, colors and product types may differ, but the pictures show what could be in it.
All of our mystery boxes are eligible for returns within 30 days, following our return policy. The refund will only be released when all items are received in the same condition they are sent. We photograph and save all of the boxes we send. In case any items are missing or different items are returned, the refund will not be given until resolved.
